How Does Flexible Therapy Work?

All affiliated professionals have completed university-level education, with many graduating with honors (Red Diploma – Excellent). We are a young and dynamic team that understands the needs of today’s world. With a fresh perspective and up-to-date expertise, we are able to assess situations quickly and effectively, offering psychological support that is both relevant and responsive to current challenges.

They are skilled in a wide range of treatment methods, including CBT, ACT, EMDR, and various conversational techniques.

Depending on your needs, a combination of methods may be used. (Life) coaching is also available. Many of our psychologists live abroad, allowing us to offer therapy in multiple languages and across all time zones.

"Your Choice" Own Therapist or Psychologist

The psychologist we connect you with will match your preferences and have experience with the type of therapy you need. In your first session, you’ll discuss your situation and expectations.

The psychologist will then create a personalized treatment plan outlining how you’ll work together and how many sessions may be needed.

Contact with your psychologist takes place via secure video calls, depending on your preferences. All you need for online therapy is an internet connection!

Flexible Therapy

Taking the step to seek help isn’t always easy. You might worry that your situation isn’t “serious” enough, feel uncomfortable sitting in a psychologist’s waiting room, or simply not know where to turn for help—especially if you live abroad. In these cases,  "Your Choice"  offers the perfect solution: flexible therapy.

Is Flexible Therapy right for you?

"Your Choice" makes psychological support easily accessible. Our treatment is completely location-independent. If you travel frequently for work, have a busy schedule, prefer not to leave the house, or are unable to, online therapy is an ideal solution

Being in your own familiar environment often makes it easier to talk about your issues or concerns. It doesn’t matter where you are—whether you travel a lot or live abroad. With  "Your Choice", you can receive therapy in your own language, wherever and whenever you want.

Are you an expat dealing with challenges related to living in another country? Many of our psychologists also live abroad and can relate to your situation. Time zones are no issue—we offer sessions 24/7. Start with a free introductory meeting!
