Flexible therapy is accessible and suitable for anyone who wants to work on their mental health. Even if you live abroad, you can receive therapy in your native language. Discover all the benefits of online therapy.

Session costs:
  • Individual therapy (60 minutes): 20,000 AMD
  • Couples therapy (90 minutes): 35,000 AMD

What Does a Flexible Treatment Look Like?

All sessions with The Our Psychologist take place online via a secure internet connection. After registering through our website, we’ll schedule a free introductory session. This gives you a chance to get a feel for flexible therapy and ask any questions you may have.

Next, you’ll have an intake session with one of our psychologists, where we’ll discuss your concerns, expectations, and treatment preferences. If you prefer a male or female psychologist, feel free to let us know—we’ll match you with someone who suits you. We also take your time zone and personal situation into account.

Because we don’t have a waiting list, you’ll be matched with a psychologist immediately after the intake. Your treatment can begin right away. Your psychologist will create a personalized treatment plan outlining how you’ll work together.
